Sean Reilly, a Director of IAS Scaffolding created an investment company, to construct and invest in commercial property at Tom Johnstone Road, Dundee.

Sean engaged Westport Property to let and manage the first phase of the project – 16 purpose built light industrial units. These units are letting quickly, and following an intensive marketing campaign, demand has been excellent. Management, and rent and service charge collection is well underway. Sean is now planning for phase 2 of the project, with another 18 units coming online in 2022.
