It is clean, warm, cheap and feel safe! I love it here and officers are very kind. And there are a lib and shopping mall in front of building! I would recommend it here for students◡̈

What an easy, personable experience. The whole team have just been amazing from start to finish, particularly Della and Shona. The whole process from finding the property, to arranging the viewing, answering any questions I have had, to signing the lease - as friendly and as smooth as can be. The student accommodation is very well equipped. Each student has his own room (if he wants his own bathroom) and shared kitchen but everything is managed well and the price is really cheap compared to the alternatives. The location is really close to Abertay University (3 minutes) and close to the city center (5 minutes). The staff is very kind. The cleaning lady is very kind as a mother. My stay of 2 months was satisfactory from all points of view.
