Adam Hutcheson - Company Director
Born, raised, and educated in Dundee, Adam has 20+ years of professional experience in the local property market, working with national chartered surveying firms before founding Westport Property in 2012. Specialising in all aspects of residential and commercial property, he has full membership status with the RICS (MRICS) and has attained a CIH Level 3 certificate in Housing Practice.
Rebecca Hutcheson - Company Director
As a Director of Westport Property, Rebecca ensures the business operates to its full potential. She oversees the running of the busy office and maintains our high professional and client service standards. Rebecca ensures that credit control is maintained to the highest standards resulting in very low incidence of arrears within the managed portfolio.
Fergus McDonald - Commercial Property Director
Fergus is an experienced general practitioner Chartered Surveyor. Trained in the busy Edinburgh market, Fergus has over 17 years’ experience within the Tayside commercial property market. His experience covers a comprehensive range of commercial property types and portfolio sizes. Fergus’s key skills include providing acquisition and disposal advice with regard to office, industrial, retail, development and investment opportunities. Fergus has attained industry awards from CoStar and Estates Gazette, for commercial property disposals over the last 3 years.
Michael Clement - Commercial Property Asset Manager
Michael has worked in the Dundee property market since 2005. Initially involved in letting and management of residential properties and property factoring, he subsequently became involved in commercial property management and now manage a portfolio of mixed commercial and residential properties across Dundee, Angus, Perthshire and Fife. Michael has attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management and CIH Level 3 Certificate in Letting & Managing Residential Property.
Jane Carmichael – Senior Residential Property Manager
Jane has been an integral part of the team since it started in 2012. Highly experienced in her field, she manages our residential and student property lettings. As well as a degree from Abertay University, Jane has attained CIH Level 3 certificate in Letting & Managing Residential Property, meeting Letting Agent Registrations regulations.
Shona Innes – Residential Property Manager
In her role, Shona carries out a wide range of tasks and assists clients and tenants with their requests. Shona has attained CIH Level 3 certificate in Letting & Managing Residential Property, meeting Letting Agent Registrations regulations.
Kasia O'Rourke - Assistant Property Asset Manager
Kasia is a highly motivated professional with over 6 years of experience in residential lettings and factoring industry and over 10 years of experience in customer service. Kasia has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. With a strong work ethic and passion for delivering exceptional results.
Wendy Thompson Roy – Senior Accounts Manager
After graduating with her Accounting & Finance degree in Dundee in 1995 Wendy gained experience working with the Caledonia Rugby Union and then Scottish Hydro in Perth. She then worked for a property developer in Dundee for 6 years whilst studying towards her CIMA qualifications, moving across to another firm of Chartered Surveyors in 2004 where she was head of the property management accounts department for 16 years overseeing a portfolio of over 200 clients with a combination of both residential and commercial rents and service charges, multi and single occupied properties, joining Westport Property to continue in property management accounts in 2020.
Gosia Butkiewicz - Accounts Manager
Gosia is a positive and friendly individual who is passionate about the field of finance and has an enthusiastic approach to property accounts. She obtained her first accounting degree and gained relevant work experience in Poland before relocating to Scotland in 2006. In 2011, Gosia completed studies at Dundee and Angus College, achieving an HND Accounting qualification. Since 2012, Gosia has worked with different firms within the Property Sector, predominantly focusing on Property Management Accounts. Gosia joined Westport Property as an Accounts Manager in 2022, further expanding her expertise and contributing to the company's success.
Della Bayliss – Administrator and Compliance Manager
Della has over 15 years experience in the Property Sector. She is a professional & organised member of the team, who deals with compliance and administration as well as our front of house, engaging with client’s tenants and in a positive and friendly manner.
